1920 political business card featuring Portland, Oregon city commissioner candidate S.C. Pier!

This standard-sized business card features an outstanding portrait photograph of Commissioner candidate Pier. The card is mounted on very old scrapbook paper, and is partially loose so that it's possible to carefully remove the card if one chose to do so. The card's text includes
"Two to be elected"
along with
"Election November 5th".
I acquired the card along with another (A.L. Barbur) that was dated 1920, so believe this Pier card to be from that time period. An outstanding and nearly century-old piece of vintage political memorabilia from Portland, Oregon!
