Walter Mondale signed as Fritz photo autograph with letter April 1983

Please note, I am not certain if this is signed or autopen.  I think the letter is a stamp, but I think the photo is actually signed.  You are purchasing this based on YOUR knowledge as I was a child when I received this and have no idea that he actually signed this, but I think he did.
Great condition.  I collected autographs in 1983 for a school project, and I put them in plastic to keep them nice when they came in.  (You can see a photo of me that was in the paper in May 1983 about my project.  The newspaper clipping is NOT included.).
I saw another letter on eBay that is identical to mine -- down to the letter with the exception of my name and childhood address and that I think it is stamped rather than signed.
The 8 x 10 photo card I believe is a real autograph because there was another on eBay that looks different.
I am the original owner of both.  The letter is dated 14 April 1983 when Walter Mondale was running for the Democratic ticket for President of the United States.
