Vintage STYLEBUILT? Hollywood Regency Ormolu Filigree Floral Perfume Bottle Vial

Exterior is in excellent condition. Contains a screw-top vial, but the dauber inside the vial is broken and non-usable. Also, I was not able to actually get inside the vial because the vial opening is twisted too tight, so this item could only be for display purposes.
PLEASE NOTE — this item was spray painted to cover the original finish that was wearing away from age, so if you are looking for the original vintage finish, this item is not for you.
Approximately 8" tall.
Unsure of the brand, but it might be "Stylebuilt."
