Here is an original mid-late 1960s-early 1970s Schwinn Krate "Pumpkin" bike headlight! These were a cool accessory popular for bikes like Schwinn Krate, Stingray, Fastback, Corvette, Panther, Typhoon etc. These are very hard to find in any condition these days!
This is a REAL DEAL Schwinn Approved accessory! This is the early version that does not have the side reflectors. If you know bikes, you know these are HARD to find! Original "period correct" accessories are so cool and make your bike look awesome! You rarely see these in any condition these days! Install this on most any bike! Also a great display item! The chrome is shiney but not perfect show quality. It looks a little better in person than it appears in the pics. (the camera picks up every little detail)
Please note, This one is ROUGH but real! It is missing the lens and bulb. Sounds like a pepper shaker.  See pics!  The rear Schwinn knob does turn. MINT ones command 0-0. This one is CHEAP BUT ROUGH!  A COOL hard to find light!
Sold as is because it is used. Comes as shown. I took many pics and have nothing to hide. For parts, cheap display, or needs to be restored.
