Vintage Lucas Cyclometer Used w/ Instructions + Parts Bicycle Bike Meter

Lot of items as shown in the photos.

The brackets and spoke parts may not be original to the meters.
·
The cyclometer is made in England.
·
The last digit of the meter does move when I turn the gear part so I am assuming that means it is functional.
·
Both the cyclometer and the box are marked M27.
·
There are two brackets, one spoke part and 2 sets of instructions but I don’t know if either of the instructions are original to this model of cyclometer.
