Vintage Clean Solar Carbide Lamp Auto Bicycle ???

Description

This auction consists of a large Solar carbide lamp.It measures about 7 1/2 in. tall by 7 in. deep by 5 1/2 in.It looks to be missing parts.I cannot find another to compare it to.Sold as not working.If anyone knows anything about this unit please let me know as it looks like the fuel is external to the lamp and I see no flint inside..
