Vintage Artisan 1960's-70’s Apple head Doll Creepy-Cool Mark Twain

One of many apple head dolls listed. All from the same estate and made by the same person. There is a newspaper article about the maker that came with the lot. The woman also hand made the clothes, as well as some of the furniture and accessories for these dolls. These are creepy cool. You either love them or are just freaked out by them. Some you can definitely see the character they represent-others not so much. Please view all photos as they are part of the description. I am no expert. Condition is good? Wear and fade consistent with age but not sure other than that. Most were stored under the domes that are shown in photos. Only a few were not. (Those few that were not under a dome do have more faded clothes/faces than the other ones.)  Really neat additions to your primitive/creepy/Halloween/vintage doll collection.  Thanks for looking.
This is what I believe is a Mark Twain figure/doll. He is 8" tall. Hand made outfit which includes the cane and fancy hat.  Not sure if chair was hand made or not. His hands are made of apples. This was stored in a dome.
