Vintage 1950s Matson Hollywood Regency Rococo Style 24k Gold Plated 5” F1748

For your consideration is this lovely small picture frame produced by Matson Manufacturing Company during the 1950s. This frame is 24 karat gold plated and features lovely scrollwork and flowers all around. The backside of the frame is marked "©Matson / F1748". These were popular for vanities during this time frame. The backing is red aged flocked material and has a loop allowing for hanging or a stand allowing for the picture to be situated on a surface. The glass bezel does have a chip which you can view in the photo attached. I did not notice it when inserted in the frame. The frame measures approximately 5 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide. Set up your vintage vanity and add this with your boudoir or pinup pic of yourself 💃
