    Description

    This is an official document with the State Seal Of Ohio convening the General Assembly Of Ohio and signed by the Governor, and the Secretary Of State in 1908. I cannot authenticate the signatures, but I leave it to you. The seal is raised gold, and the document measures 13" x 16 3/4". It is in very good condition.
