Stewartsville Grange No 121 New Jersey Antique Medal Ribbon Badge Pin - AS IS
The top piece appears to be enamal with a metal lining - It shows two American flags with the initials "P.H." - The metal is probablt brass - This piece has a pinback attachment
Two ribbons extend from the top piece of the medal - One is a short red, white and blue ribbon which has a celluloid circular emblem on the bottom which has a metal lining - The emblem shows a multicolored illustrations of shaking hands, a tree, grass, presumably a plow and other unidentified items
The main ribbon is blue with silver lettering and gold-colored wire-wrapped fringe on the bottom - This ribbon says "Stewartsville Grange No. 121 - Stewartsville, NJ" - New Jersey
The back of the circular pin/emblem is marked "The Boston Regalia Co. - Boston, Mass"
7 3/4" Tall x 2 1/4" Wide
Used - AS IS CONDITION
There is a lot of wear to the wire-wrapped fringe on the bottom of the metal - A few strands appear to be missing - There is a long yellow thread on the right side of this area - Remaining strands are misshapen and visibly worn
There are a few shallow dents in the surface of the circular pin/emblem
Light browning to the red, white and blue ribbon
Lots of fading to the silver-colored lettering on the blue ribbon
There is a tiny hold in the center of the blue ribbon, which appears to be from a pin
Some light scratches on the celluloid and metal pieces from age and handling
Some light tarnish on the metal pieces
Some light scratches and light spots of tarnish on the metal pieces
