Size (4.5mm): 4.5mm x 3mm x 3mm (outside diameter-inside diameter-length); compatible with stick / i-tip extensions: 0.5g strands

Your satisfaction is our first priority.  Returns are available within 14 days from the item received data.
All items MUST be returned in their original condition, not altered. The buyer pays for returning of the item at their own expense.
We take charge of the expenses shipping back to you. We do not reimburse the return shipping charges.
All order unto 1.30pm Mon - Fri are shipping the same day, Order after this time, will be shipped the next working day.
No shipping on weekend and public holidays.
Normally it takes 3 to 5 Working days to arrive UK, Europe 7-10 Working days for the rest of the world
Any missing parts must be reported once you get the item..
If a package is not signed for, it will be held at your local depot for 5 days waiting for collection and then returned to us.  All returns/re-delivery to us will incur a 2nd postage charge.
Return policy:
If you wish to return goods using this right, you need to inform us as soon as you receive the goods.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them at your own expense.
If you need to return an item you must first request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) and a returns form.
Refunds are only issued after you have agreed to and accepted the mutual EBay cancellation.
We are happy to exchange or refund as long as the item is returned, however no part of the original packaging should be removed or damaged.
Please return the item in the same condition as you have received. Refunds are given minus the cost of postage, unless the item is defective
