    The separate rosette for the hair is not included in the extra large adult size.
    This costume is so hard to get a decent pic of I must apologize, the tutu is so stiff and big and the color is very understated, it wants to move the body of the costume around.  It is a beautiful costume, the straps are 2 fold, you have a clear adjustable strap that hooks in the back and then you have a floral motif strap that can be worn over the clear strap or snipped off and put on the costume (I have known dance teachers to put the individual rosettes on the tutu. This tutu can be pancaked if you desire. It is stiff nylon net 5 tier that if stitched together would easily pancake. This item is perfect, no irregularities.
