    Vintage 5.75X3.5 card signed in 1958 in ballpoint ink, "The signature of Roy O. West, at 90 years of age."  A terrific example of his signature.  He was a Chicago politician who served as U. S. Secretary of the Interior from 1928 until 1929 in President Calvin Coolidge's cabinet.
