Romantic Tulle Chiffon 3 Layer Ballet Ballroom Skirt / Trunks White Small

This skirt is a designer sample, When a company sets out to create a new design, the designer will often use other fabrics than the final version will be constructed from. I am going to tell you point by point what is going on with this skirt so you can make an educated decision.the top skirt is 31".
1.The skirt is composed 3 long layers, the top 2 are tulle, the color is an "off color" white, nearly dust gray
2. The 3rd layer is a soft white, when you ball up the fabric and compare it to white, it seems "off" but from distance looks like white
3. The panty is milliskin  (a lycra) that seems to have gone a bit candlelight, the leg line has not been turned and safety stitched as most Wolff Fording costumes are safety stitched. A perfectly acceptable legline but not typical of Wolff Fording.
4. There is a RIP in the top tulle skirt. I am showing it in the pictures. From side to side it is about 14 inches and all of the fabric is there if you need to repair it.
I am selling the perfect version of this skirt that retailed for over in a different listing. This would work for a practice skirt, a costuming piece (either theatrical or Halloween), think zombie ballerina sort of thing. SB35
