This is a brand new ballet costume. This ballet costume retailed for and is beautiful. It is a short ballet costume with an attached 5  tier nylon net tutu, very crisp, heavily ruffled and stiffly sticks out. This tutu could easily be pancaked if you wanted to go through the effort to stitch the layers together. The costume body is a gold gilded velvet, the top of the bodice is a plush velvet spandex. The bodice is accented with a gold braid. This listing is just for the costume. The costume does feature clear straps that are difficult to see in my photo. Some of these are missing their internal tag but we've measured them and put the correct size on the package.
