This is a brand new item in the original manufacturer's package. Wolff fording Costume for ballet, the bodice of this costume is taffeta accented with rosettes and lattic patternwork. The romantic length skirt is 2 layers of glittered tulle. The gathered tulle headpiece is included. I am showing the back of the costume as well. The straps are clear and adjustable. I have included the measurement chart.
