    Brand new dance costume, everything is attached BUT this is a pattern sample, all of the layers of this 3 color tutu are tulle, the finalized version had an organdy and a chiffon layer. Also the legline has not been turned and safety stitched. The costume is fully functional as it is as many costume companies consider this a finished legline .Every layer of the skirt is a different color  to pick  up the colors of the textured velvet, plum, navy and green in the bodice, the bodice is accented with an iridescent navy sequin, and the leotard features clear adjustable straps ,The back of the costume is the same velvet spandex, the undertrunks are navy spandex.
