    Description

    Brand new 3 layer all tulle romantic skirt (or tutu). This item was a prototype and I will list a couple of others that are similar to this as the designers tried to determine the best formula for a soft long romantic skirt that fell evenly. This small adult features a 26" layer, 24" layer and 22 " layer, when you flip it one way you will see the graduations, if flipped the other way the item looks even (which is what they were going for).
