All of our items include
free shipping
to the USA (excluding AK and HI). Alaska and Hawaii will require additional shipping charges. We advise residence of those states to reach out before purchasing. Shipping is discrete in plain brown boxes. We occasionally use recycled packing materials when possible as part of our environmental stewardship program. Please let us know if you have any special requests prior to shipment, and don’t hesitate to reach out prior to placing an order.
We ship most orders via FEDEX or Freight Truck.
Most kits will need to be delivered via Freight Truck. In order to arrange delivery time, a phone number will be required for freight truck shipments.
When can you approximately expect to recieve your order?
West Coast: 3-5 days from receipt of payment
East Coast: 1-3 days from receipt of payment
Midwest: 1-2 days from receipt of payment
RETURNS POLICY
We want all of our customers to be delighted with their purchase, so if for whatever reason you are not happy with your order then we offer a
14-day return period
(you will have to cover return postage costs). All items must be returned in new/unused condition including the unaltered original packaging (please do not ship items back in just their retail packaging). Returns for any reason other than a faulty item are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Superior customer service is our main goal! Faulty items will be replaced immediately and we will cover the postage in such situations. As a service to our customers, we honor and help with the warranty process for most items we sell. This means as long as the item is still under warranty, you can contact us directly for assistance.
