It is signed in black steel tip fountain pen towards the center of the document
The letter is regarding a new promotion into the position of Deputy General of the Ministry of Culture
It carries the official double Lion and Crown insignia of the King. It has regular signs of wear from age and handling and some light staining

Upon request by the Minister of Culture, Dr Abdo-l Ali Jahanshahi, and in accordance with the command of our Prime Minister, Mr. Hassan Ali Mansoor:
We have appointed Dr Muhammad Saam as Deputy General of the Ministry of
Culture.
