    Description

    I have for sale a political token For Luther (Luke) N. Miller of Oklahoma County in the state of Oklahoma.  This token is aluminum with an encased 1961 D Lincoln penny in the center, it is 1 1/4 inch in diameter and in a high grade circulated condition. The penny has a spot at the date on the obverse.  One side reads KEEP LUKE MILLER - YOUR WORKING COUNTY - COMMISSIONER DISTRICT NO. 2.  On the other side it shows a horseshoe and four-leaf clover.  On the shoe it reads KEEP ME AN YOU WILL HAVE GOOD LUCK.  I found that Luther N. Miller was interim Oklahoma County clerk in 1959, he was elected in 1961 and resigned April 25, 1964.  Please see more in my EBAY STORE at TE Collectables.  (18,243)
