The buckle features a "big wheel" tractor in background, possibly a model D, C or GP and a "little wheel" tractor for child.  The Hinton dog is also shown leaning on tire.  The bottom of the buckle features a 4 legged John Deere leaping deer.
The three dimensional detail & workmanship in these buckles make them a very desirable for collectors.
