Janet Yellen is an American economist who was recently confirmed as the first woman to be the Chair of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and as the head of the Department of Treasury. This is a hand signed 4x6 photo by Ms. Yellen who is a Ph.D. holder in economics from Yale University. She has also received the rare Wilbur Cross that is bestowed to Yale graduates who have "distinguished achievements in scholarship, teaching, academic administration, and public service".
