Herman Cain Presidential candidate in person signed original campaign poster RIP

This is an original campaign poster from Herman Cain's run for President in 2011! This was signed for a me, in-person at a rally in the parking lot of Wings Plus in Coral Springs, FL on November 16, 2011 by the one time Presidential candidate, Herman Cain. This campaign poster has been signed by Cain in black sharpie on the lower right side and while the pictures are hard to see, I lightened up the third one so you can see the signature more clearly.
This poster has been stored flat and is nearly perfect with the only issue being a crease on the left side (looking at the pic) as seen in the picture posted.
7/23/21- I recently noticed that there are some indentations on the right side that came from resting on something else. I have added pictures and have dropped the price accordingly.
Other than that, there is no writing, rips or tears, etc. etc. Cool collectible from this recent deceased one time Presidential candidate.
