    Description

    A very nice piece of gay and San Francisco history: An original invitation to a candidate meet-and-greet with San Francisco Supervisor candidate Harvey Milk, in the election where he became the first openly-gay man elected to public office in California. Apparently held at a supporter's home in the Castro. Includes original envelope postmarked October 19, 1977.
    Flyer has some creasing at corners and a heavy horizontal crease where it was folded for mailing.
