HARRY S TRUMAN SIGNED AUTOGRAPH PRESIDENT ON 1957 KOREA STAMPS SHIPS FDC COVER

Description

Philatelist Robert Leskiewicz of Euclid(Cleveland), Ohio combined his love for first day and event covers with his desire for political autographs and here is an item from his collection!  He would select covers from his collection that perhaps fit in some way to the person whose signature he desired, then mail the cover in and hopefully by return mail get his autograph.  Here is a HARRY S. TRUMAN autograph on a 1957 Korea first day cover, on the stamps, no less!  The actual date the autograph was applied is unknown.  Very colorful and unusual items that would surely add zest to a collection!
