    This 2017 style is gorgeous.  I love the sweetheart neckline, the fabric pattern, & the long golden mesh sleeves!  A tiara is not included, but it does come with a golden braided headband.  This costume is a Curtain Call costume & made in the USA.  The tutu is NEW IN PACKAGE.  That is it is brand new & in its garment bag packaging.  The plastic hanger may be removed for shipping purposes.  I may or may not be able to get more, as of March 2018.
