Up for buy it now or best offer is a beautiful, index card signed by George McGovern and obtained through the mail in 1993.   Beautifully signed in blue fountain pen with good center placement, this will be a great example to matte and frame with a vintage photo.  Autograph was obtained through the mail, by an autograph collector whose collection I purchased in it's entirety.
