This unique piece of political history features a first day of issue and cover letter from the South Carolina Tricentennial, with the FDOI envelope hand-signed by Ralph W. Yarborough. The item is an original and has not been authenticated for its autograph. It was manufactured in the United States and is a must-have for any collector of political memorabilia.
