This design is a tutu I just got in, because it was just created.  I sent in the design to a costumer & worked with them to create this beautiful & unique costume!  They did all the sewing, & the result is wonderful.  I pleased to offer this in my store.  Right now, it is one of a kind.  It is highly professional.  This is based on a hooped tutu that has 8-10 layers of stiff tulle.  It is all sewn by hand & the skirt is tacked with thread & pleated beneath its beautiful top skirt.  The bodice is exquisite & fully lined & decorated with crystals, appliques, beads & pink pearls.  This has long sleeves.  The lace sleeves have stretch & are adorned with crystals.  It is adjustable both by a drawstring cord at the bust level & 2 rows of hook & eye closures.  This been the entire costume circumference
