    Dean Rusk . Secretary of State March 13, 1968 . Served in that position from 1961 to 1969 under President Kennedy and then President Johnson. He was the second longest serving Secretary of State.
    Letter reads on SOS letterhead:

    Thanks ever so much for inscribing and sending me the original of your cartoon I am having it framed and added to my collection of favorites.
