    BOOK DESCRIPTION
    This Russian art book was gifted to someone by former GW Bush cabinet member Condoleezza Rice. There is a beautiful handwritten inscription and early (dated 1982) full signature on the FFEP. Her signature deteriorated quite a bit after the Bush years.
    The book is interesting but not particularly valuable, however the early CR signature is not often found for a signficant figure in early 21st century politics.
