Thank you!I am not sure where this drawing - likely a print - came from. I don't know if it was on some sort of stationery or brochure. It is possibly a print of a larger original of this home. I cannot make out the artist although it looks like K Bove 2014. There is writing on the back - see photos. It is heavy paper. But the previous owner appreciated the attractiveness of the likeness of the Clinton MacDougall Home (in Auburn New York) and framed it. It is a bright, pretty little rendering. Clinton MacDougall was a Postmaster of Auburn NY and later a Congressman in the 1800's. Although there is a MacDougall Street in Auburn, this building may be on a parallel street - South Street. I am not sure of the location though. But the simple drawing is very attractive and is framed in a wood frame that complements the coloring. Frame measures 6 1/2 x 5 inches

I am not sure where this drawing - likely a print - came from.
Frame measures 6 1/2 x 5 inches with picture showing through the opening of 4 5/8 x 3 1/4 inches approximately.  Frame shows some light wear.  Please see all photos in listing.
If you are a relative or interested in Clinton MacDougall or Auburn NY history this is a lovely little item.  I was tempted to keep it solely because of its attractiveness.
