Arthur Barclay, signed portion of a hotel registry (adding "President, Republic of Liberia"), dated 1907. Barclay was the sitting President of Liberia at the time. Wikipedia indicates Barclay headed up a mission to settle boundary disputes between Britain and France. This may well have been signed during that trip to the U.K. 2.5" x 9", Very Good condition. Rare signature.
