Arranbee Nanette NUDE for formal gown VINTAGE 1954

Description

This listing is for a HARD TO FIND doll.  She is 14 inches high, strung, hard plastic.
Nanette by Arranbee.  She is sometimes listed as Nancy Lee, but I believe that this size and wig make her Nannette.
She is just gorgeous!!! Original floss wig is in great condition.. original style, no work done... I can see a bit of dust on it.
Eyes are clear, lips are original.  She has been reblushed. No odors.
She originally came in a formal gown.. (I'm sending her with this vintage gown although it does not belong to her.)
For many years this doll was considered to be an Alexander doll due to her high quality.  Hard plastic dolls were often manufactured in the same factory and she has the quality and finish of Alexanders.  Her face mold is unique to Arranbee.
Her formal gowns also rivaled the quality of the Alexanders and she has been catalogued as being part of the Dolls of the Century Series, but that was incorrect.
My home is smoke free and has one puppy who is not allowed anywhere near the doll room.  I cannot guarantee the history of these items.
