Antique Bicycle Lantern Powell + Hanmer Duoplex.
This is a Powell + Hanmer Duoplex sidemount bicycle lantern made in England. It's missing the top oil cap, and there's some surface rust. Some of the nickel plating is rubbed off.
Both clear and red lenses are good. Sold as-is.
