2015 James Clyburn signed birthday wishes note card to a member of the house of representatives. There is some paper over the name of other politician and that information is for me and the lucky winner of this auction. This is a neat piece of American history that you don't see very often. The note is on official paper card stock and measures roughly 7" x 4-5/8". Please look at picture too see what is included and condition. Please ask any questions you may have before buying.
