    given as a gift from former Mayor of Philadelphia PA
    by MAYOR JAMES H.J. TATE from 1962-1972
    to ETOYLA CONROY, national president of M.C.L.A.

    cast metal bell with metal plating on wood -H- frame
    cast metal or cast bronze bell measures about 4" Inches tall
    outer display measures 8-5/8" Inches tall, 6" Inches wide
    from right to left sides and 4" Inches deep, front to backside
    GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION
    not brand new and not mint due to years of display wear usage
    along with some scuffs or light scrapes on outer surface
    appears brass bell has never been cleaned with polish cleaner
    some display wear dust at side edges and corner areas
