    Lot of 5 business card-size cards showing Republican
    ticket with candidate for 1916 elections. Candidates include:  Charles S Lumley, candidate for sheriff of Mesa County; Jay Freeman Cox, candidate for treasurer of Mesa County; William Briggs, candidate for county commissioner for the third district, Mesa County;
    Paul B McDonald, candidate for county assessor, Mesa County; and Charles S Jones (pictured on the front of his card), candidate for county clerk and recorder. All cards in very good condition.  Candidates’ names are on the fronts of the cards, and on the back is the entire local ticket.  These are unusual bits of political history in the Grand Junction area of Western Colorado. In very good condition.  Political ephemera.
