You are bidding on this 3” x 9 1/2” silk ribbon from the 1911 election of Rudolph Blankenburg for mayor of Philadelphia. He ran on the Keystone Democratic ticket and assumed office on December 5, 1911. Was mayor until 1916. Ribbon has election day as Tuesday, November 7. Ribbon is in good condition with some fraying to the bottom edge and creases at the top and bottom which would need to be ironed out.
